Farmers’ perceptions of the accessibility of cattle feed in Aceh Tamiang Regency

Abstract The purpose of the study was to determine accessibility ease or difficulty cow farmers in obtaining animal feed. research conducted Air Tenang Village, Karang Baru District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, Province, from January-December 2019. method purposive sampling is a taking with specific purpose, considering that breeder’s sample has necessary information for its research. Respondents were thirty-five farmers, provision ownership 3-5 cow, and had at least two years breeding experience. Accessibility observed feed source related origin feed, distance location travel time, purchase availability labour time required find results are reported descriptively. showed average five changes observed, namely availability, finding purchasing obtained consecutive score 0.79; 0.78 ; 0.83; 0.80 0.83 total 4.02.
